Mazda3 was awarded first place in the all-important European compact class on the latest customer satisfaction study conducted by the US research institute J.D. Power. In the largest survey of Germany’s automobile market, Mazda3 scored 85.6 percent for overall customer satisfaction – ahead of the Mercedes A-Class with 84.8 percent and the Hyundai i30, which scored 84 percent.

The world’s best-selling roadster, the Mazda MX-5, added another accolade to its many awards by earning the title of ‘Best Sports Car’ on the 2010 JD Power vehicle ownership satisfaction survey for the UK.
